Over the last few years, particularly in the last couple of years, the situation in the world has been rapidly changing. In fact, there is a strong impression that its development goes with more and more increased speed. The World System experiences really dramatic transformations which exacerbate conflicts and tension, disasters and scares as well as turbulence and backslides in the society. We suppose that a new tide of globalization will result from the started formation of the new world order which in many respects will be associated with regulation of global agreements and mechanisms connected with activities on climate change and ecology. This volume presents views on globalization and global issues from different angles. We investigate current processes both in more depth and from the Big History perspective. The present volume is already the eighth volume in the series 'Globalistics and Globalization Studies' touching a broad range of subjects within Global Studies. The volume has a subtitle - 'Current and Future Trends in the Big History Perspective'. The volume has a traditional structure and consists of three parts. Part 1 is entitled 'The Present and Future of the Global World' and comprises eight contributions considering different phenomena currently observed in the globalized world and giving an insight into the future. The second Part is entitled 'Political and Cultural Global Trends' and consists of ten contributions covering different social and political aspects of current globalization. Перед вами очередной, восьмой выпуск нашего междисциплинарного ежегодника "Эволюция". И вновь на его страницах встречаются представители разных областей знания, некоторые из них при этом стремятся охватить единым взглядом весь путь эволюции. Основной задачей нашего ежегодника является формирование междисциплинарного единого поля исследований, в котором ученые разных специализаций могли бы работать в рамках единой или близких парадигм, использовать общую терминологию, искать общие правила, тенденции и закономерности. При этом для выработки такого единого поля необходимо использовать все имеющиеся возможности: теории, законы и методы. Каждый выпуск мы стремимся составить таким образом, чтобы выстроилась некая линия от космической эволюции к будущему человечества. Восьмой выпуск, как и ряд предыдущих, представляет собой определенный срез, показывающий процесс эволюции от космической ее стадии до предполагаемого будущего человеческого общества. В целом выпуск посвящен рассмотрению различных аспектов и срезов мегаэволюции, некоторым общим правилам и теориям, пытающимся найти общее в разнообразии проявления эволюции и ее форм на разных стадиях развития. Поэтому он получил название "Срезы, правила, прогнозы". Здесь по-новому рассматриваются некоторые темы, которые исследовались в наших изданиях ранее, в частности аспекты сингулярности и глобального старения. Наш ежегодник "Эволюция" с самого начала был посвящен поиску общего на разных уровнях развития, тому, чтобы шаг за шагом двигаться к построению мега-эволюционной парадигмы; к поиску и анализу общего в функционировании и развитии разных форм организации косной, живой и мыслящей материи, общего как в исторических, так и во внеисторических аспектах эволюции; к формулированию эволюционных законов, принципов и механизмов, которые могут быть использованы на разных уровнях и этапах эволюции. Ведь несмотря на многообразие в проявлениях, сравнение разных процессов и объектов, их появление, развитие и эволюция, а также многое другое демонстрируют одновременно большую схожесть в формах, способах, механизмах, паттернах, на основании чего можно вывести правила и даже законы, которые будут применимы в различных фазах эволюции и в самых разных ее проявлениях. Работа над выпусками нашего ежегодника показала, что число сходств и общих черт в эволюционном движении на самых разных стадиях и уровнях исключительно велико, что они присутствуют в самых, казалось бы, непохожих процессах и явлениях. Именно это было одной из причин назвать этот выпуск "Паттерны эволюции", которые исследуются на всех ее уровнях. Выпуск состоит из четырех разделов. В первом разделе ("Космические сюжеты") освещаются вопросы, касающиеся Галактики в целом и Солнечной системы в частности. Во втором разделе рассматриваются биосоциальные сюжеты. В настоящее время происходит масса серьезных изменений во многих сферах, включая влияние пандемии. При столь стремительных трансформациях временные рамки для принятия решений часто ограничиваются ближайшими пятью годами, а то и одним годом. Тем не менее нынешние быстрые изменения побуждают нас заглядывать далеко вперед. Это иногда происходит потому, что такого рода изменения есть часть долгосрочной тенденции, проявляющейся на протяжении всей Большой истории. Быстрые изменения, ведущие к "некоторой существенной сингулярности", были сформулированы Дж. фон Нейманом в 1950-х гг., который утверждал, что постоянно ускоряющийся прогресс технологий и изменений в образе жизни человека создает видимость приближения к некоторой существенной сингулярности в истории расы, за пределами которой человеческие дела, какими мы их знаем, не могут продолжаться. Но важно помнить, что мегатренд в направлении сингулярности не означает, что сингулярность наступит, а наоборот, возможны некоторые ограничения и изменения в тренде. В данном выпуске ежегодника представлены различные точки зрения по этому вопросу.

Настоящий одиннадцатый выпуск ежегодника "История и Математика" посвящен новым аспектам исследований и называется "Футурологические и методологические аспекты". Историю недаром называли прошлым, опрокинутым в будущее, поскольку есть надежда, познав прошлое, хоть краешком глаза заглянуть в будущее, или, по крайней мере, сделать на основе исторического опыта меньше ошибок. И хотя очень часто говорят о том, что история ничему не учит, это, конечно, не так. Однако будущее - это путь в неизвестное, где прежний опыт может помочь только при его творческом и нетривиальном использовании. Так или иначе, футурологические исследования всегда опираются на уже обозначившиеся тенденции настоящего и прошлого. Формальные и количественные методы здесь, конечно, незаменимы. Таким образом, "история и математика" в широком смысле слова (то есть общественные исследования и формализация) в футурологии создают очень эффективный научный синтез. В монографии исследуются социально-политическое и экономическое развитие Ближнего Востока, Индии и Китая, пути и модели их вовлеченности в глобальные процессы, изменение их роли в Мир-Системе. В первой части авторы дают общий обзор процессов глобализации в прошлом и настоящем, общий анализ развития Индии, Китая и Ближнего Востока в процессах мировой интеграции и глобализации. Во второй части на фоне исследования глобальной проблемы соотношения исторического и экономического развития Запада и Востока раскрываются причины резкого выхода вперед Европы (Великая дивергенция). Также показано, как зарождался в рамках доминирования дивергенции процесс подъема Востока, который с последней трети XX в. перерос в процесс подтягивания в культурно-экономическом плане Востока к Западу (Великая конвергенция). Этот процесс будет определять мировые тренды и в ближайшие десятилетия. В третьей части дается анализ внутренних систем, факторов развития в их тесной и динамичной связи с внешними факторами, процессами глобализации и некоторые прогнозы, касающиеся будущего места рассматриваемых в монографии обществ Ближнего Востока, Индии и Китая. В Заключении рассматриваются вопросы будущей реконфигурации Мир-Системы.

Многоликий, меняющийся и противоречивый исламизм - предмет исследования настоящей монографии. У исламизма много уровней и проявлений: от вполне респектабельных политических партий и диспутов ученых до представлений отдельного малограмотного или вовсе неграмотного мусульманина, от государственного уровня до групп террористов-фанатиков, от умеренных политических движений до ударных отрядов радикальных исламистов. Понять современные исламские (и тем более арабские) общества без учета влияния исламизма как одновременно идеологии, культурной среды, образа действий и образа жизни невозможно. Один из основных выводов монографии состоит в том, что фактически исламизм по большей части не является радикальным. Было бы ошибочно представлять его как некий нарост на теле исламских обществ. На самом деле он во многом отражает суть современных исламских обществ, их образ мысли и жизни. И все же большинство населения не являются сторонниками радикальных исламистов, иначе весь Ближний Восток давно превратился бы в аналог печально известного "Исламского государства". Напротив, исламизм во многом помогает налаживать жизнь на разных уровнях общества, создает особый исламский путь к модернизации. Мы надеемся, что это исследование позволит читателю получить достаточно полное представление о таком важном явлении современного мира, развитие которого затрагивает интересы миллиардов людей всех стран, религий и убеждений.

Globalistics and Globalization Studies: Big History & Global History
This yearbook is the fourth in the series with the title Globalistics and Globalization Studies. The subtitle of the present volume is Global History & Big History. The point is that today our global world really demands global knowledge. Thus, there are a few actively developing multidisciplinary approaches and integral disciplines among which one can name Global Studies, Global History and Big History. They all provide a connection between the past, present, and future. Big History with its vast and extremely heterogeneous field of research encompasses all the forms of existence and all timescales and brings together constantly updated information from the scientific disciplines and the humanities.
